The H.R. Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad has established a full-fledged Training & Placement Cell which periodically liaises and interacts with the corporate world in order to explore the possibility of training and job placement of students. With this end in view, the Training and Placement Cell efficaciously arranges seminars on emerging technologies, personality development programs, career counseling and industrial visits in order to groom and orient the students for an excellent exposure for employment prospects in today's highly competitive job market. HRGI has a live training and placement cell with strong industrial linkages. Faculty of Pharmacy has an excellent placement record. Students of Faculty of Pharmacy have been successfully placed in national and multinational pharmaceutical industries like Pfizer, Ranbaxy, Aristo, Unichem, Cipla, Alkem etc. and are drawing attractive salaries.

Industrial Visit:

Students of The Faculty of Pharmacy, HRCTGI, frequently visit Pharmaceutical Industries. Recently about 100 students of Faculty of Pharmacy visited ASTRON PHARMACEUTICALS, MEERUT under the guidance of Prof. Arvind Rathour & Associate Prof. Harjeet Singh. The Students saw the functioning of various machines like Rotary Tablet Machine, Tablet Coating Pan, Capsule Filling Machine, Mass Mixer, Syrup Filling Machine, HPLC, UV, Digital pH Meter, Dissolution Apparatus etc. during the industrial visit. The Students were also exposed to various ultra modern sophisticated instruments and Analytical Instruments & Techniques. The Students visited Oral Section, Tablet Section and Capsule Section of the Pharmaceutical Industry.  During the visit students learned about the Evaluation of tablets & capsules, preparations of syrups, procurement of raw material etc. The Students were impressed by the facilities available in the industry & the skill of the workers. The tour was very informative for B.Pharm Students.

 Mega Job Fairs:

Job fairs are a major part of recruitment and placement activities for both students and alumni. HRGI hosts several job fairs annually in the campus of HRGI.  Several national and international companies came forward and conduct recruitment drives. Students of Faculty of Pharmacy have been successfully placed in national and multinational pharmaceutical industries with handsome salaries and perks. The HRGI students felt motivated and encouraged. In this mega event, not only the students of HRGI get placements, but the students of various other colleges also get placed. This indicates that HRGI is committed to follow its vision and mission in the truest sense, for the welfare of society and the nation. On one of these occasions, Er. Anil Agrawal, Chairman, HRGI Ghaziabad said, “…the Group is committed to continue with such types of the biggest Mega Job Fairs from time to time and the process will go  on…”
